Maintenance Guide Commercial

Proper maintenance is often the most overlooked aspect of a commercial timber flooring project.

On-going maintenance including proper cleaning methods and the use of commercial deep cleaning solutions will keep the floor looking good throughout its lifespan. In addition the floor should be regularly inspected for signs of deep wear and re-coated before wear-through of the finish occurs. A correctly maintained timber floor should almost never need to be sanded back to bare timber again.

Additional advice and information can be found in the Bona guides below. The guides outline the required maintenance procedures to assist in the preparation of a suitable maintenance programme. Additional advice should also be sought from Bona Certified Contractors with accredited maintenance specialisation.
