Yadira Rengifo owns and runs Floor Sanding and Polishing Solutions in Sydney's inner west, and is now in her second year as a member of the Bona Certified Contractor Program. Yadira says that becoming a BCC has helped her to win jobs that previously she may have missed out on, as being an accredited floor sander with an international brand like Bona reinforces the clients confidence that the job will be done right. She adds that Bona stands by her with helpful product and technical support when she needs it, and that being a BCC is an advantage in an industry that is unregulated and where no-one is licensed, as it presents FSP Solutions as a more professional business. FSP have just completed the restoration of the Drummoyne Civic Hall which is a perfect example of this.

The National Construction Code (NCC) states that the slip-resistance for treads and nosing of new domestic stairs need to meet strict anti-slip criteria. This requirement also applies to all new and existing stairs in commercial buildings. In accordance with AS4586, interior stair treads must have a slip-resistance finish or a slip-resistance nosing strip. The classification required is a minimum P3 or R10 rating.

Iacullo had previously refreshed a small section of the gallery floor a few mths back and had the privilege of being asked back to @nationalgalleryaus to refresh the additional 2,000sqm.
